Ingredients
  • 1 cup Barley flour ( Jau ka atta)
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 3/4 Cup of Lukewarm Water
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Jau ki roti recipe
    • Mix barley flour, add a little bit of curd and lukewarm water for making dough soft for kneading.
    • Now, add little salt and ajwain seeds to the mixture and knead the dough again.
    • Keep the dough aside for 15- 20 minutes.
    • Then, divide the dough into small parts and make balls out of the dough.
    • Roll the dough to make chapatis.
    • Cook the chapatis over a hot griddle.
    • Also, make sure to cook it from both sides.
