How To Make Samak Rice
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
- Firstly, in the pan heat ghee, cumin seeds and green chilies.
- Then add diced potato and let it cook.
- Once the potatoes are cooked add washed samak rice and water accordingly.
- Now add rock salt and let it cook for another 8-10 minutes.
Tips:
- Add more water if the rice consistency gets thicker.
- Cook it on a medium flame.
- You can add veggies of your choice and even dry fruits for extra taste.
How To Make Aloo Ki Sabzi
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
- In a pan add desi ghee, cumin seeds, and green chilies, and let it crackle.
- Then add diced boiled potatoes, and rock salt/saindha namak.
