1: The Chaitra Navratri will start on March 22, 2023, and on the first day of Navratri Maa Shailputri will be worshipped.

2: On 23rd and 24 March 2023, the second day of Navratri, Maa Brahmacharini Devi will be worshipped.

  • Day4: Tofu (Not For Thyroid/Pcod/Pcos)/Paneer Burji
  • Day5: Sabudana Khichdi + Curd
  • Day6: Samak Rice + Curd
  • Day7: Raita/Makhane Ki Subzi + Buckwheat Chappati
  • Day8: Amaranth (Rajgira) Chapati + Aloo Subzi
  • Day9: Buckwheat (Kuttu) Porridge

Meal 5: Early Evening

  • Lassi + Fruits + 5 Makhane (Fox Nuts)

Meal 6: Late Evening

  • Green Tea+Lemon + 5 Almonds
