About the role:
We are strengthening our Talent Acquisition team, through which we deliver effective and impactful solutions to proactively source, attract, engage, and acquire key talent for Fitelo. Accordingly, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for improving the delivery of the end-to-end scope of Talent Acquisition services and acquire the best talent.
Ideal candidate will have:
● 2+ years’ experience in corporate recruiting or staffing firm recruiting.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
● Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRIS system.
● Ability to work independently, be flexible to a changing environment, and thrive in a high recruitment volume role.
● Ability to be proactive and a forward thinker.
● Prior experience in working for bulk hiring positions.
● Great teamwork and positive attitude.
● Ability to speak in Hindi/English , Tamil & Telugu
Specifically, you will:
● Collaborate with recruitment partners and stakeholders to make sure that role requirements and their expectations are being met.
● Use proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to job boards as well as Boolean searches, referrals, social media and networks.
● Conduct first level screening of candidates and track status on Applicant Tracking Systems.
● Be a key point of contact between candidates and stakeholders.
● Manage daily information/candidate data tracking and generate reports.
● Build a database of candidates.
● Maintain, manage and update the candidate database and conduct regular data audit.
