About the Role:
Fitelo is one of the fastest-growing companies. We all work together to serve our clients in the best possible way, and we like to have a lot of fun while we are at it. We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will have:
● 2+ years of experience directly related to specified duties and responsibilities.
● Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
● Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
● Database management skills.
● Ability to analyze and solve problems.
● Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
● Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
● Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
● Knowledge of university invoicing procedures
Specifically, this role will involve:
● Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
● Recording purchases, maintain the database, perform a physical inventory count, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
● Receiving , unpacking, and delivering goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
● Ability to improve Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
● Knowledge on Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
● Performing routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
● Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
