About the role:

As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customized fitness programs that meet the unique needs and goals of our clients. You will provide guidance, support, and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness objectives and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Ideal candidate will have:

* Education: Certification in personal training, fitness coaching, or a related field from a recognized institution.
* Experience: ACE, ACSM, NASM certifications too, can add K11 certification with 5 years of PT
experience.

Skills:

* Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness principles, and nutrition.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels and adapt programs accordingly.
* CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.



Specifically, this role will involve:

* Developing and implementing customized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals, fitness levels, and medical history.
* Conducting fitness assessments and evaluations to determine clients' baseline fitness levels and track their progress.
* Providing ongoing motivation, support, and encouragement to clients to help them stay committed to their fitness goals.
* Demonstrating and instructing clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety guidelines.
* One on one counselling and live class related to exercise and nutrition.
* Leading/Delivering virtual 1-1 PT sessions , group fitness classes and workshops as needed, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants.
* Fostering positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and adjusting programs as needed to ensure their success.
* Maintaining accurate records of clients' progress, workouts, and any relevant health information.
* Staying updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients
