About the role:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Sales team, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and performance management. You will work closely with sales leaders to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Ideal Candidate will have:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4-8 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to sales teams or environments.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
* Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.


Specifically, This role will Involve:

·  Partnering with sales leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
·  Overseing the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
·  Collaboration with the sales team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
·  Fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
·  Identifying training needs and work with sales leaders to deliver relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
·  Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
·  Analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
·  Providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
