Ingredients
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Spinach - Handful
  • Garlic - 5 Or 6
  • Onions - 1
  • Water - As Required
  • Olive Oil - As Required

    • Firstly, in a pressure cooker add olive oil, chopped spinach, garlic, tomato, onion, and water. Cook until two whistles.
    • Secondly, strain the water in another bowl separating the ingredients from the cooker, and keep aside.
    • Thirdly, again, in a cooker again add olive oil, chopped onions, and garlic and cook until they turn brown.
    • Now, add the broth to the same cooker and salt for taste. Bring it to a boil and serve it hot.
