  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp Channa daal
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Urad daal
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • 3 or 4 Curry leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Stevia
  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Tamarind (made into pulp)
  • 3 Whole red chilies

    • Secondly, add curry leaves, dry red chilies, salt, asafoetida, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix all ingredients well.
    • Thirdly, add some stevia and tamarind pulp and mix them well until a semi-thick gravy is formed.
    • Now add cooked rice to it and cover it with a lid for some time until the rice absorbs the whole flavor.

    Just a tip for you: Instead of stevia you can also add a tablespoon of jaggery powder.
