- Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and add enough water to make the batter medium thick and pourable. Make sure the batter is not too thin.
- Then stir in the salt, sugar, and a pinch of baking soda. Combine thoroughly.
- Heat a tawa, then sprinkle water on it and wipe it down with a cloth to cool it down. Spread 1.5 ladles of batter on the tawa. Apply desi ghee to the dosa and roast it on medium-low heat.
