Riddhi is a Counseling Psychologist & a passionate psychology student working as a mind coach for Fitelo. Since childhood, Riddhi has been fascinated and interested in the human brain and how it works.

Then later as she grew up she noticed how people around her neglected their mental well-being and this led her to pursue a career in Psychology.Riddhi’s commitment to destigmatizing mental health and promoting well-being shines through in her work, as she strives to educate, empower, and inspire her clients and people around her to prioritize their mental and emotional wellness.

Whether sharing personal anecdotes, research findings, or evidence-based strategies, Riddhi’s writing serves as a beacon of insight and guidance in navigating life’s challenges with resilience and grace.

Professional Accomplishments

• Handling the video content script writing for mind coaches at fitelo.
• Gave voiceover to video contents made to help clients related to mental health on weekly broadcast at fitelo.
• Dealing with  250+ active clients and till now has connected with at least 700+ clients here at fitelo in the last one year span of her work.
• In the past planned structure for the team meetings.
• Created presentations for various workshops on mental health,  held both inside and outside the organization by fitelo itself.
• Awarded with Recognition certificate for highest client satisfaction score in the team, two months consequently (NOV ’23 & DEC’ 23).
