How To Make Oats Milk Recipe

    • You can prepare delicious oat milk in just three easy steps in no time. Here are a few steps; let’s have a look.
    • Put the restrained oats in a bowl and cover with tap water until the oats are submerged. Cover the bowl and leave for 4 hrs or overnight.
    • Sieve the mixture, discard the water, and rinse under the tap for a few seconds.
    • Tip the oats into a liquidizer or food processor. Cover with cold water and add ½ tsp sea salt.
    • Then, blend for 2-4 mins until no oats are visible.
    • Line a fine sieve with a clean piece of cloth with a mesh. It required to have small holes, so a j-cloth or teatowel might not work.
    • Now, pour in the oat milk with the help of a sieve and leave to strain for 1 hr.
    • Every once in a while, put pressure by using a spoon to disperse some of the sediment in the bottom of the cloth. This will speed up the straining process.
    • If you want a thinner consistency, add cold water to the mix before pouring it into a bottle or container.
    • Finally, you can save it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
