- Firstly, keep the paneer cubes in a bowl, now add salt, ginger-garlic paste, refined oil, or desi ghee -1-2 tbsp, 1 tsp tomato chilli sauce, mix gently, and keep it aside.
- Secondly, in a nonstick wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Further, add a few cubes of paneer at a time to the hot oil in the kadai. Shallow fry the paneer cubes till golden.
- Add the chopped capsicums to the wok and mix well. Then, add salt and let it cook for a few minutes.
