Ingredients
  • Paneer: 300 grams
  • Capsicum (Red, Yellow and Green Bell pepper) - 1/2 cup.
  • Onions - 1-2 Medium Sized
  • Green Chilli - 2-3 Medium Sized
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Soy Sauce - 2 Teaspoons
  • Tomato Sauce - 2-3 Teaspoons (Homemade)
  • Ginger-garlic Paste - 1-2 Teaspoon
  • Refined Oil or Desi Ghee - 1-2 Teaspoon
  • Salt- As Per The Taste
  • A quick and easy cheese chilli recipe includes crispy paneer cubes stir-fried with crunchy onions, peppers, and whole chilli. It can be in the form of a dry version, a semi-dry version, or like gravy. You can enjoy it as an appetizer or a weeknight snack in your weight loss diet.     How To Make Cheese Chilli Recipe?


    To prepare the cheese chilli recipe with the burst of paneer, follow these simple steps:

    1. Firstly, keep the paneer cubes in a bowl, now add salt, ginger-garlic paste, refined oil, or desi ghee -1-2 tbsp, 1 tsp tomato chilli sauce, mix gently, and keep it aside.
    2. Secondly, in a nonstick wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
    3. Further, add a few cubes of paneer at a time to the hot oil in the kadai. Shallow fry the paneer cubes till golden.
    4. Add the chopped capsicums to the wok and mix well. Then, add salt and let it cook for a few minutes.
    5. Later on, cut the green chilli into small pieces, remove the seeds, and add them to the wok. Adding green chilli benefits in losing fat too.
    6. Additionally, add 1 tbsp tomato chilli sauce, soya sauce, and mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
    7. Then reduce the heat and add the cheese evenly over the paneer and vegetable. Allow the cheese to melt gradually.
    8. Gently stir the mixture once the cheese is fully melted and the mixture becomes creamy, remove the heat and serve immediately.
    9. Enjoy the cheese chilli paneer on its own, or serve it over rice, with naan, or as a filling for wraps in your diet plan to loose weight in 14 days.
