  • Curd - 125 Gms
  • Asafoetida/Hing - 1 Pinch
  • Olive Oil - 1/2 Tsp For Tempering
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
  • Dry Red Chilli - 1
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh coriander - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes (roughly chopped) - 2 Medium Size
  • Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 3 to 4
  • Pink Salt - pinch
