  • Oats - 1 Cup
  • Water - 2 & Half Cups
  • Salt - 1 Tsp
  • Olive Oil - 1 Tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Red Chillies - 2-3
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Cucumber - 2 Tsp
  • Carrot - 2 Tsp
  • Urad Daal - 1 Tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 4-5
  • Coriander - 2 Tsp
  • Pomegranate - 2 Tsp
  • Black pepper - 1-2 Tsp

    • Now in a bowl add the cooked oats, curd, pomegranate, carrot, and tadka that you prepared.
