  • 5 Almonds
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Soaked almonds are softer and easier to digest, have a lot of health benefits and are full of goodness. But how to soak almonds, the recipe is here.

    1. Take 1 cup of water so that the almonds get fully soaked.
    2. Then, add the almonds in water
    3. Cover the bowl and let it sit overnight, or 8-12 hours.
    4. Drain and rinse.
    5. Also, if you want, you can remove the skin for a smoother texture.
