Ingredients
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Rice puff - 20 gm
  • Onion - Half
  • Tomato - Half
  • Green Chilly - 1 to 2
  • Lemon - 1, squeezed
  • Masala - 2 to 3 pinch of Himalayan Salt + 1 to 2 pinch of Black pepper + Coriander Powder + Cumin Powder

    1. First of all, chop all the vegetables, onion, boiled potato, tomato, green chilly, and
      coriander leaves.
    2. Then, mix all of them in a mixing bowl.
    3. Now, squeeze lemon on it and then give it a good mix.
    4. Now, shift it into a serving dish.
    5. Then, add Rice puff to it.
    6. You can also roast puffed rice to add more crunch.
    7. Then sprinkle mixed masala of salt, black pepper, coriander powder, and cumin
      powder on it.
    8. Lastly, top it with coriander leaves and enjoy.
