Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken meat
  • 3 tbsp blanched slivered almonds
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped.
  • Chicken, as all of us know, is a quality protein and sesame seeds contain anti-inflammatory properties and are a great source of healthy fats. Serve yourself this chicken salad in your weight loss diet.

    • Firstly, wash the chicken well. Then, clean it.
    • Then, mix all the spices, salt, pepper and garlic juice. Further, keep it marinating for 1 hour. 
    • Now, place the almonds on a frying pan.
    • Toast them over on medium heat and also shake frequently. 
    • Then, place the chicken pieces on a grilling pan and grill the chicken well.
    • Lastly, put all the cooked food on a plate. 
    • And, it’s ready to eat. ENJOY!
