Ingredients
  • 2 tsp of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red or green cabbage for dressing
  • 1 cup green (raw) papaya
  • 1/4 cup apple
  • 1/4 cup blanched broccoli
  • FOR DRESSING:1 tsp of garlic, crushed
  • Sprinkle of red chili flakes
  • Sprinkle of oregano or fresh herbs
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or any cold-pressed oil
