- Firstly, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Then add jeera, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
- Secondly, now add the garlic and sautee till golden brown.
- Thirdly, add chopped onion and ginger paste. Mix well.
- Now, keep the flame on low, and add red chili powder, garam masala, haldi, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
- Later on, add the tomato puree and stir well.
- Also, you can even add yogurt and let it cook until all the oil is separated from the masala mixture.
