Ingredients
  • Soya Chunks- 1 Cup
  • Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
  • Jeera - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon- ½ inch
  • Cloves - 3
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Onion - 1 medium size (finely chopped)
  • Garlic – 2
  • Ginger Paste – 1-2 Teaspoon
  • Haldi – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Tomato Puree – 1 Cup
  • Yogurt – ¼ Cup
  • Salt - As per The Taste
  • Water- As per the requirement
  • Cumin Powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Nutri keema recipe is a vegetarian version of the most loved and popular mutton keema. This veg nutri keema is made up of soya chunks and is extremely delicious. It is also high in fiber, so you can easily make it a part of your weight loss plans too! Due to the thickness of its curry, you can serve it with pulao or any Indian bread.     How To Make Nutri Keema Recipe

    • Firstly, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Then add jeera, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
    • Secondly, now add the garlic and sautee till golden brown.
    • Thirdly, add chopped onion and ginger paste. Mix well.
    • Now, keep the flame on low, and add red chili powder, garam masala, haldi, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
    • Later on, add the tomato puree and stir well.
    • Also, you can even add yogurt and let it cook until all the oil is separated from the masala mixture.
    • On the other hand, you can boil soya chunks in a pan and keep them aside.
    • Then, add boiled soya chunks and salt to the mixture. Sautee for 5 mins and add water for the gravy.
    • Cover and cook the gravy till all soya chunks are cooked well.
    • Finally, serve veg soya keema hot garnished with coriander leaves with some rotis or naan.
