Ans. How much time should chicken spend marinating in this sour yogurt-based marinade? To absorb part of the flavor, chicken breasts or thighs should marinate for ideally at least 2 hours. I advise marinating chicken breasts for no longer than 8 hours. For up to 24 hours, chicken thighs can marinade.
