2 tablespoons chopped green onions

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon lime juice

How To Make Tasty Tofu Salad Recipe At Home?

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • Add tofu cubes and cook until they’re golden and slightly crispy on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice until well combined.
