Ingredients
  • Palak or Spinach – 150gm
  • Oats Flour – 30gm
  • Kitchen King Masala – 1 Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper- 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt- As Per The Taste
  • Yogurt – 1-2 Teaspoon
  • Lemon- Half
  • Onion- ½ Cup (Chopped)
  • Ginger- 2 Inch
  • Water- 1 -2 Cup
  • Palak soup, or spinach soup, is a healthy dish that is loaded with rich nutrients. This recipe is made with simple, wholesome ingredients for a healthy and nutritious soup. Palak or spinach contains nutrients such as vitamins A & C, iron, potassium, and calcium, and offers several health advantages. Many dietitians often recommend including this leafy green vegetable in our winter weight loss plans. And its soup is super light and creamy.     How To Prepare Palak Soup Recipe

    • First, to begin, add spinach to a mixture with a half cup of water and grind it (semi-solid form). On the other hand, finely chop an onion and ginger.
    • Secondly, put a pan or khadai on the gas stove and spray some oil.
    • Now, add the chopped ginger and onion to the khadai and sauté till golden brown.
    • Then, add grind palak paste to the khadai and stir for a while. Furthermore, add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of kitchen king masala.
    • To make this soup more nutritious, add 30 gm of oat flour to the khadai and stir it well until it gets cooked.
    • Squeeze half the lemon for taste and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
    • Finally, dress it with yogurt and serve.

    Tips: If you don’t have oat flour, then you can grind oats in the grinder and add the mixture to your soup while it’s cooking.
