Back then we thought lemon water to be a hydration buddy, something that would provide relief from the scorching heat. But do you know lemon water provides an array of benefits apart from just hydration? So, let’s dive in.

    1. Cut the lemon in two halves.
    2. Now, squeeze it in the glass filled with water.
    3. Then, add chopped mint leaves to it.
    4. Add black pepper to it according to your taste.
    5. Then, mix it well.
    6. Have it chilled during the day and lukewarm during the night.
