  • Chicken With Bones - 300 g
  • Onions - 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Bay leaves - 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Green chillies ( optional)
  • Carrot - 1 medium size chopped
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spring onions for garnishing
  • Water - 3 cups
  • It’s officially soup and hot chocolate season. So today, we bring to you a chicken clear soup recipe to keep you warm and healthy during the winter season. This Indian version of the chicken soup recipe is the perfect meal for dinner and can be added to your weight loss plans. It’s light on your stomach and also fills your stomach, you can even replace your evening binge with this healthy soup to stay fit. Besides, this Indian-style chicken soup contains spices which makes it a perfect home remedy for fever or cold.

    How To Make Chicken Clear Soup

    • Firstly, in a pressure cooker add chicken, chopped onion, and garlic cloves.
    • In addition to that add, carrots, bay leaf, black pepper, ginger, salt, and 3 cups of water.
    • Further, let it cook for 10 – 15 minutes on a low flame.
    • Then in a bowl, strain the soup and keep it aside.
    • Then separate the chicken into small pieces from the bones.
    • For serving take a bowl, fill it with a few shredded chicken pieces, and pour the clear soup on top.
    • Finally, garnish it with spring onion and coriander. You can include this recipe in your 14 day diet plan to lose weight.
